What should I do if a link to an online resource does not work?

If a link to a resource on the library website does not work, clear your browser cache and cookies or open a different internet browser, and try accessing the link again. This will resolve many of the most common access problems.

If that does not work, please report the problem to the Auraria Library Troubleshooting Team. We may need to work with the publisher or update the URL in the library database in order to resolve the problem. The Troubleshooting Team will return your email within 24 hours or next business day.
