The library website says we have access to a resource, but I cannot access it on the publisher website, what should I do?

Answer

Sometimes a resource will show up in a search on the library website but be missing on the publisher website. The library will need to work with the publisher to resolve the problem. Please report these cases to the Auraria Library Troubleshooting Team.

These problems may take time to resolve, and sometimes we determine the library does not have access to the resource. You can search Google Scholar to try and locate an open access version of the resource, or talk to a librarian to identify an alternative resource, or request the resource through interlibrary loan.
