How do I get a book that Auraria Library does not own?

To find a book that Auraria Library doesn't have:
- Search the Prospector catalog (a union catalog that includes over 50 Colorado and Wyoming libraries!)
- If you've searched for the item in the Skyline catalog, click on the Search Prospector icon at the top of the screen to search for the item in Prospector
- If you've searched for the item in Start My Research, click on the Search Other Libraries button on the right hand side underneath 'Didn't Find What You Were Looking For?'
- Once you've found the item in Prospector, click the 'Request This Item' button and follow the prompts to provide your information
- If the item is available, Prospector items usually arrive at the Ask Us Desk between 1 to 3 weeks and you'll be notified when they arrive
If your item is not available through Prospector, you can place a request through Interlibrary Loan
