How will I know which Prospector items are available for request?

Answer

Start by searching Prospector for the item you are looking for. The results will show the item in different formats, click on the the title of the format you are interested in and scroll down to see what libraries hold the item. Items with a status of “available,"  “due (followed by a date)” or “hold,” can be requested through Prospector. Items with a status of “local use only” cannot be checked out. Some electronic resources can be checked out through Prospector.
