I can’t order anything through Prospector. What’s going on?

Answer

  • If the user is blocked at the home library, they are also blocked from Prospector.
  • If an item is AVAILABLE at Auraria, Auraria users cannot request the item through Prospector.
  • But, if an item is CHECKED OUT or MISSING at Auraria, Auraria users can request the item through Prospector.
