Can the Library digitize a DVD or VHS tape to streaming format?
Answer
Auraria Library may digitize complete video recordings or portions of recordings if:
- The title is licensed to be digitized by Auraria Library, or
- The teaching instructor obtains written permission from the copyright holder to digitize a film governed by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
